Picnic Tracks is developed by Daniel Petrov. This policy covers the iPhone game and this support website. For privacy questions or requests, email picnicexpress2026@gmail.com.
Game progress
You don’t need a game account. Levels, balances, collected friends, settings, and daily challenges are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your saved game. The app does not request your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.
Optional Game Center leaderboard
In versions that support the leaderboard, you can choose Join with Game Center to compare progress. Picnic Tracks sends your highest completed campaign journey to Apple’s Game Center, associated with your Game Center player identity. Your Game Center nickname and score can appear in its leaderboard according to Apple’s settings. No separate Picnic Tracks account or player database is created, and this feature is not used for advertising or tracking.
You can stop future score submissions using Stop sharing new scores in the leaderboard screen. This does not delete scores already held by Apple. Solo play remains available without joining. See Apple’s Game Center privacy information for its retention, profile and privacy controls.
No in-app purchases
The game does not sell coins, hints, subscriptions or upgrades. Coins and petals are earned by playing. We do not collect payment details or process purchases in the game.
Advertising and consent
The game integrates Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices. When ads are enabled, Google may process IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads, maintain reliability and prevent fraud. These providers may process information on servers outside your country.
The app requests non-personalized ads. This does not mean no information is processed. It does not request Apple’s permission to access your advertising identifier for tracking. Where required, a consent form is shown and a Privacy Choices option is available in Helpers. If the consent check cannot be completed, the app does not request ads.
See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner apps. Apple’s handling of App Store information is described in Apple’s privacy policy.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as a description of a problem or a screenshot. We use it to respond and resolve the issue. Email is handled through Gmail. We keep correspondence only as needed for support, resolving disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
This website
This website does not include our own analytics, advertising scripts, account registration or tracking cookies. Its hosting providers may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. External links and your email provider have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
You can use the available in-app privacy controls and contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held through support. We cannot access or remotely delete your on-device saved game. Removing the app may remove local progress, but does not delete device backups or information held by advertising providers under their own policies. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live.
Children and families
The game does not ask players to submit a name, date of birth or contact details to play. A parent or guardian should manage any support communication for a child. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes
We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and revise the date above.
